Life is always full of mysteries. The best way to deal with it, is to reduce the worries. Worries are negative goal settings. Humanly sometimes it's impossible, so we use potentially therapists, friends, distractions, music, dance, medication, Homeopathic remedies, and much more. Sometimes, spirituality helps as well.
I encourage everyone to try to reduce stress, by shaking your body, listening to music virtually can aid!
